Sen. Menendez faces bribery, related offenses in second criminal case
U.S. Senator Bob Menendez is charged with bribery and other crimes for allegedly helping three businessmen in exchange for money and gifts. This is the second time he faces a federal trial, after a previous one ended with a hung jury in 2017.Menendez denies any wrongdoing and says he will fight the charges. He is up for reelection next year.
